The Schecter CR-6 electric guitar is purpose-built for high-gain mayhem. With its USA Schecter Apocalypse-II humbucking pickups and bolt-on maple neck with carbon fiber reinforcement rods, the CR-6 delivers massive tone and lightning-fast playability.

Apocalyptic Pickups Provide Crushing Midrange

The CR-6 is armed with Schecter USA Apocalypse-II humbucking pickups that churn out a tight, focused tone with devastating midrange. The 3-way switch lets you toggle between serial and parallel wiring to access the pickups' full tonal range from rich and warm to aggressive and cutting. Premium CTS potentiometers provide precision control over volume and tone.

Lightning-Fast Neck Built for Speed

The CR-6 has a 3-piece bolt-on maple neck reinforced by two carbon fiber rods for rock-solid stability during shredding solos and complex chords. Its Ultra Thin C shape and 25.5" scale length enable fast, fluid playing across the wenge fretboard's 24 extra jumbo frets.

Balanced Body With Exotic Poplar Burl Top

The CR-6 features a mahogany body with an eye-catching poplar burl top for balanced tone and premium looks. Its hybrid double-cutaway shape provides comfortable access to the highest frets. A hardtail bridge, Schecter tuners and Graph Tech Black Tusq XL nut round out the hardware.

Premium Components and Construction

From the Apocalypse-II pickups and CTS potentiometers to the wenge fretboard and poplar burl top, the CR-6 is loaded with premium components. Set-neck construction and a mahogany body provide resonant tone. Diamond-series Schecter parts, including tuners, bridge and nut, are built to last.
